Bulk Field Permissions (FLS) ("the extension") is a Chrome extension that helps Salesforce administrators view and bulk-edit Field-Level Security settings across permission sets. This policy explains what data the extension accesses and how it is used.

What data the extension accesses

How this data is used

The session cookie is used only to make authenticated calls to your own Salesforce org's REST API, as you — the currently logged-in user. This is the same access you already have through Salesforce Setup; the extension does not use any separate login, credentials, or third-party authentication.

The extension does not track browsing history, does not read data on non-Salesforce websites, and does not use the accessed data for advertising, analytics, or any purpose unrelated to displaying and editing field permissions in your org.

Where data is stored

Nothing is stored. All data lives only in the memory of the browser tab while the extension is open and is discarded when the tab is closed. The extension does not use any backend server, database, or analytics service — all requests go directly from your browser to your own Salesforce instance.

Third parties

No data is shared with, sold to, or transmitted to any third party. The only network requests the extension makes are to the Salesforce domains you are actively working in (*.salesforce.com, *.my.salesforce.com, *.lightning.force.com, *.my.salesforce-setup.com).
